Inclement Weather Schedule
Should the contest be rained out, the musical portion
will be held indoors using the Inclement Weather Schedule
The Orchestra and Band rooms will serve as warm-up areas
A and B, respectively. Performance will be in the gym.
For weather 'interruptions', all bands should return to
their buses. If a decision is made to restart the contest,
band hosts will provide contest restart information to the
band directors.
Please introduce your Band Host to your
'chaperone in charge' to help us find you should the need
exist. A "Weather Delay" schedule will be distributed if
this occurs.
